Some of our best selling products are our bushing assemblies. It started in the 80's with a need for a decent assembly that we could make motor mounts and bolt our roll cages etc too. The uses for this assembly is only limited by your imagination.
This is our BA200 assembly. It consist of 2" 120 wall tubing cut 2.438 inches long, 2 ureathane halves, Inner sleeve, 9/16" bolt and Nilox nut. Overall length is 2.9375 price is $13.50 ea.
This is our BA175 bushing assembly. All dimensions are the same as the BA200 except we are using 1 3/4" Tubing. Price is $12.50 ea.
This is our BA150 bushing assembly. It is made from 1 1/2 , 120 wall material. The main tube is cut 1.812 long. comes with a 5/8 tube inner sleeve 2.312 long, 2 ureathane halves, 7/16 bolt and nilox nut. price on this assembly is $11.50 ea.
This is our BA125 assembly. Made from 1.250 , 095 wall tubing cut 1.5" long , 2 ureathane halves, inner sleeve is 1/2" material cut 2" long , 3/8" bolt and nilox nut. price on this assembly is $10.50 ea.
This is our BA100 assembly. It is made from 1" 095 wall tubing cut 1" long. Comes with 2 ureathane halves , 3/8 bolt and nilox nut. price on this assembly is $7.50ea.
This is our BA killer bushing. It is made from 2" od .250 wall Dom tubing cut 3.5" long. Comes with 2 ureathane halves with a 1/2" thick shoulder. Inner sleeve is 1" od 3/16"wall tubing cut 4.5" long. Price on this assembly is $42 ea. These are used for rear link bars and other heavy duty applications. A 5/8 bolt and lock nut is available on request for additional $6.00 ea. The picture below is for you fabricators so you can see the thickness of the tube
