Middle of the Road Kit Ranger 2WD
For the enthusiast who wants the "race" look with all the great features of our standard 4" kits but not the expense and extra work of the wheel travel kits, this package is for you. Custom race style tubular radius arms and our special design pivot brackets are the upgrades to the econo lift. By installing this kit you are removing stock rear pivot and crossmember assembly. The Autofab kit comes with a bolt in tube crossmember to go in the original location and the components to construct a crossmember between our new pivot brackets. This requires some minor fitting and welding to complete and has to be done on your truck at the time of installation. This is where an exact fit is necessary. I like to fit and weld this into place when the installation is complete because the frames can vary and it is impossible to get an exact fit from a production part to fit all trucks! Price for the middle of the road kit is $1400 exchange for good beams. Ball joint trucks $1450
Here is a picture of the new style radius arms. Everything else on the kit is the same. Here is a custom made pivot bracket for the passenger side beam. This is a replacement part for the guys who are taking out a drop down bracket lift and installing a bent beam lift. This bracket saves you the headache of cutting one out of a wrecking yard frame and removing the rivets that hold it in place. If you have ever done that before you will know the time saved with this item. Price $75 ea. Note: Core exchange gets kind of confusing. Let me explain. We depend on good beams and radius arms to keep our program going. Therefore if you cannot send us your beams and radius arms first we will charge a core fee. This will be refunded after we have received your good used beams and radius arms. We will inspect them and contact you with the results. Sometimes I have had customers send me bad parts for core returns. Please understand you will be charged for this. We will contact you first and give you the chance to get another beam if you wish. Do not send badly rusted parts to us. It is too much trouble to make them look sellable. Autofab will not accept badly rusted beams or radius arms.
