Ford Ranger 4×4 to Model 44 Front Suspension
Description
Covert your 1983-97 Ford Ranger 4×4 to the F150 / Bronco model 44 front end. Increases track width 8 inches to match with an F150 rear end. More stability, bigger brakes, hubs, and axles. A bigger 1/2 ton wheel bolt circle allows you to basically create an F150 with your Ranger. Must use fiberglass fenders and bedsides, we recommend Autofab fiberglass for long life and head-turning looks. The basic suspension foundation kit consists of a Modified TTB beams exchange. TTB beams are reinforced in the weak area and outfitted with chrome-moly cups and mono ball ends. Race quality radius arms, complete with Rod Ends, spacers, bolts, and specially designed radius arm brackets. Custom hand-made TTB pivot brackets bolt in place of the stock Ranger brackets. This kit is designed to work with our equal length tie rod steering system (not included) to eliminate typical Ford toe change on the left wheel. Perfect for coil-over or coil bucket systems. Keep in mind to avoid a $500 core charge, send us your model 44 housings in advance.
